The hunt is on

It is not often that a predator will stalk towards a vehicle (and this female isn’t) What she is doing is relocating nearer to her pride when she spotted a wildebeest and she assumed the pose. Unfortunately many photographers try to force a similar pose by trying to position themselves in the middle of an actual hunt. Not only is this highly unethical but the consequences can be dire for the pride and their cubs- any noisy vehicle or movement will draw attention from potential prey and thus the predator will be easily spotted. Patience, respect and perseverance are traits that are paramount.
