This leopard strikes an amazing pose with her ears lowered to minimize her profile as she watches a hyena steal her kill. Leopards are truly the most beautiful cats to photograph but getting different or unusual poses is quit challenging. In this instance the marauding hyena provided such an opportunity. The hyena did a pretty good job of devouring the carcass but as soon as he left she stole the remains back and lifted them into the safety of a nearby tree.
