Leopard stealing a carcass from wild dogs
Leopards seldom miss an opportunity. Wild dogs were out on a morning hunt and split up while chasing 2 tsessebe. While the rest of the pack managed to pull down one tsessebe, two dogs tackled another adult. They finally managed to pull it down in some shallow water and after a few mouthfuls of meat they set out to fetch the rest of the pack. Seconds later this big male leopard appeared and helped himself to the carcass. Minutes after that a hyena appeared and tried to steal it from the leopard but was easily chased off. Unfortunately after only a few mouthfuls of meat the dogs returned to claim their meal. The entire interaction took only a few minutes and it was all over.
